The Ewing T. Kerr Federal Building is located at 111 South Wolcott, Casper, WY 82601. The Clerk’s office is located in Room 121, on the 1st floor. The Courthouse office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Personal computers are not allowed in the courthouse. Use of cell phones (calling, texting or game playing), cameras, or other electronic devices that have video, sound, or photographic capabilities are prohibited in the courtrooms. For security, all visitors must go through a metal detector and picture ID is required. Clients and witnesses are not allowed into the courthouse on weekends or holidays.

There are various transportation options while in Casper. If you are driving in, we are located a few blocks west of I-25. If you are flying in, the Casper/Natrona County International Airport offers daily air service to and from Denver and Salt Lake City. Once you arrive there are ground transportation options below:

 LINK fixed route operates Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday’s 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Purple (Mills) and Orange (Evansville)’s last run is 5:00 to 6:00pm except onSaturdays and most federal holidays. Times listed on map and schedules are departure times when the bus leaves the stop. Please be at pickup point five minutes before scheduled departure time. Fare for adult is $1.00 one way, $0.50 for seniors and disabled, and $0.75 for student riders.Drivers do not carry change.

Parking is available at the following locations: The Downtown Parking Garage is located at 230 South Wolcott Street and offers safe and clean parking for $2.00 for 2 hours and $1.00 per hour for each additional hour.  There is limited on-street parking available across and down the street from our office and the courthouse.  Parking downtown is limited to two hours in any one space or block face between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.  This limit applies to all spaces, including handicap parking unless they are permanent, reserved spaces.  Parking on the street is prohibited from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m., seven days a week.
